Alicia is a Kansas City photographer that has lived and studied art in Europe and the US. Formally trained in the arts, she established a past career working in various mediums for decades in both the commercial and gallery worlds. For this chapter of her life behind the lens she is primarily focused on capturing landscapes, plants, and close-ups of natural scenes and textures. It is the challenge of chasing good light while creating less obvious compositions that fuels her process. She is always energized by shooting newly discovered places in her travels.
