Carrie Cantwell has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, and is a proud member of the Art Brand Alliance and the American Institute of Graphic Arts. Before she became a full-time illustrator and surface designer, Carrie worked for 16 years as a film and TV graphic designer, creating art for the sets of major motion pictures and award-winning TV shows. Carrie has been featured on NPR’s All Things Considered; TED; UPPERCASE Magazine; Peppermint Magazine; Project Run & Play; Raspberry Creek's Designer Studio Spotlight; Spoonflower’s Top 10 + Editor’s Picks; Society6 Curator's Picks; Redbubble’s “Found”, Teepublic’s Editor’s Picks list, and the Artists Soar Podcast.
